We're introducing the "alphanumeric" question type for scripts - use this type when you expect a single string of alphanumeric characters, such as an ID or reference number. We've found that "text" is better reserved for sentences or lists, and explicitly separating out something that will only be a single string will yield better results.
Examples of alphanumeric questions include "What is the call reference number" or "What is the claim identification"
